Shitennō-ji (Kondo and Gojunoto)

The Shitennō-ji is a Buddhist temple complex in Ōsaka, Japan. It features a variety of buildings. One of the most prominent are the buildings I made here: The Kondo, a pavillion building, and the Gojunoto, a pagoda.

This project was an assignment for the study course "3D Art and Animation" at the SAE Cologne, where I'm currently studying. I modelled both buildings with Autodesk 3DS Max and made textures with Photoshop. The Kondo has realistic textures, whereas the textures of the Gojunoto are painted. After finishing the models I put them in scene in Marmoset Toolbag.
